Cherry Tomato Clams & Linguine

 
  • 1/2 Jar Gia Russa Cherry Tomato Marinara
    1 lb. Gia Russa Linguine
    1 pint Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)
    1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
    2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    6 large cloves Garlic (chopped or sliced thin)
    1/4 cup White Wine
    8 oz. Canned Frozen Clam Meat (drained)
    Fresh Parsley (chopped fine)
    Grated or Sliced Parmesan Cheese

  • In a large pot, prepare pasta al dente according to package instructions.

    While pasta is cooking bring a large sauté pan to medium heat. Add butter and olive oil to pan.

    Once butter has melted add garlic and clam meat, cook for 5 minutes stirring often.

    Add tomatoes to pan and cook for another 2 minutes.

    Add cooked pasta to pan along with ½ the jar of Gia Russa Cherry Tomato Marinara sauce.

    Toss until pasta is combined with clams and sauce.

    Top pasta with desired parsley and Parmesan cheese.
